Ever notice how professional chefs can make a gourmet meal out of such simple ingredients? Learning the art of good cooking not only saves you lots of money in the long run (those microwave meals add up!), cuts down on post consumer waste (did you ever notice how much throw away packaging goes into a microwave meal?) but best of all, creative cooking allows you to serve your family delicious and nutritious meals without breaking the bank. While it is possible to spend hundreds of dollars for a one-night cooking class, I found a terrific deal right here in the Lehigh Valley–gourmet cooking classes from chefs at the area’s best restaurants for only $20!! Details are below.
Bon Appetit !
